The Territory-Based Websites feature allows operators to create and manage different service areas (or “territories”) within a single company, each with their own:

• URL routing
• Inventory
• SEO configurations

This functionality is ideal for companies with multiple warehouses or service hubs operating under a single brand – but not set up as franchises.

🛠️ How It Works

1. Corporate Folder Setup

Each territory setup starts with a corporate folder, which holds shared assets like pages and branding.

• Your main domain is typically tied to this folder.
• The inventory lives only in the territory folders, not the corporate one.
  
  

2. Territory Definition

You define territories using zip code groupings. The system automatically detects the customer’s zip code at checkout and routes them to the appropriate sub-site.

A: No. Franchises involve separate business ownership and franchise fee/royalty billing. Territories are for a single owner with multiple service areas.
