# How to Book an Order in ERS
This guide walks you through the process of booking an order using the ERS Control Panel.
## Accessing the Booking Interface
1. Navigate to the **Scheduling** tab.
2. Click the green **Book** button to begin a new order.
## Selecting Items and Event Details
1. Choose an item from a category (e.g., Bounce House).
2. Click **Add to Cart** for the desired item.
3. Select the event date and specify the start and end times.
4. Review suggested add-ons and proceed to checkout if none are needed.
## Entering Customer Information
1. Fill in the customer's contact and billing details.
- Use **Find Customer** for existing clients.
- Otherwise enter their name, email, phone numbers, and address.
2. Optionally, record how the customer heard about your business in the **Referral** field.
## Event Location and Setup Details
1. Confirm if the event is at the same address or enter a new one.
2. Select the **Setup Surface** (e.g., Grass, Concrete).
3. Indicate if the event is at a public park.
4. Add any **Customer Comments** relevant to the setup.

1. Review and acknowledge **Reminders** (managed in the Admin Panel).
