Incomplete Order Alerts

Availability: Pro+ / Elite
This feature is available only on the Pro+ and Elite plans.

Your ERS folder can send an "Incomplete Order Alert" email to a customer who visits your website, begins to check out, and enters in contact information, but doesn't finish checking out. You will also receive an email informing you of the Incomplete Order, so you may choose to reach out to the customer personally in addition to the automated email they'll receive by default, and/or so you can track how many Incomplete Orders end up converting.
