ERSPay Information

Event Rental Systems offers our ownPayment Gateway solution called ERSPay that directly integrates with our software. Because we own the service, we can offer great rates and stay competitive. Additionally, we provide in-house Technical Support and a completely streamlined interface. You do not have to leave our system to manage your account, reconcile your reports, or process payments.

ERSPay Overview:

• $0 Monthly Fee.
• Annual PCI Compliance Fee of $99 is waived for all ERS Customers.
• 2.89% plus $0.30 per transaction + an estimated 0.15% Card Brand/Pass-through fees.*
• Reconcile directly from your ERS CP (Control Panel).
• Retains “Card on File” for future orders.
• Direct Single Sign-on merchant portal in your CP.
• Tier 1 Support provided by our own ERSPay Specialists.
• Virtual Terminal within your ERS CP.
• Discount on our email marketing service called ERSMail.
• Daily Batching at 8pm CST. Any funds collected before that time are deposited to your bank account in two (2) business days.
• Daily Net Billing: which means Fullsteam transaction fees are deducted daily, before your account is funded.

Optional Features:

• Accelerated Funding: For $20/month, we offer Accelerated Funding which provides you with Next Business Day deposits into your bank account.
• Monthly Billing: To have your Fullsteam transaction fees deducted at the end of every month, instead of on a daily basis, we offer our Monthly Billing service for 0.05%, calculated on your total processing volume each month.

Virtual Terminal

The Virtual Terminal is an added feature benefit of having ERSPay. The Terminal allows you to charge a credit card independent of an order. Simply click on the "Virtual Terminal" from the Home page of your Control Panel:
